All orders must be paid for IN FULL before delivery. Furniture is normally delivered within 2 to 4 weeks of order completion depending on stock levels. Small Items are usually available within to 2 weeks. After an order has been placed we will promptly contact you with a date for delivery. In the event that an item is out of stock you shall be informed immediately with new delivery dates where applicable.
For special delivery instructions please contact us by phone or email and we will endeavour to accommodate requests wherever possible. Items will be delivered free around the M25 corridor; however there will be a nominal change for delivery outside of this area, which will be agreed with the customer by prior arrangement.
All items will be delivered by our own Time Shopping van.
